This video shows two FEMALE Tpos Albino Water Monitors in a bipedal posture, a dominance dance, both have copulated with the male and laid eggs in this enclosure. The most recent female to lay eggs was always dominated by the other female until she laid her first clutch of eggs only a couple days ago and now they battle for dominance of territory. Then of course the male being a male comes in to see whats going on and attempts to try courting one or both of these females. VERY interesting interactions because this ritualized bipedalism behaviour usually occurs between two males battling for the right to breed with the females, not two females. Not sure this would happen in a wild situation but I must include they are housed in a outdoor VERY big and natural enclosure. Always learning, Always amazed!
